How do I use the cinnamon insoles?

Just remove them from the packaging, put them into your closed shoe with the blue side to the bottom and start walking.

When should I replace my worn cinnamon insoles with a fresh pair?

The insoles last for up to three months. How long they last in your shoes will depend a lot on how you use and take care of them.

We recommend to dry them in fresh air for a couple of hours per week to achieve the longest-lasting effect. Do not wash the cinnamon insoles.

Can the cinnamon insoles color the underside of my feet and my socks a little yellow?

Yes, this may happen, since the cinnamon powder is natural and yellow/brown-colored cinnamon particles diffuse through the insole and the socks onto your feet’s skin.

What should I do if I feel a burning, itching sensation and/or a skin rash on my foot after using cinnamon insoles?

Please stop using cinnamon insoles immediately and seek help from a doctor.

Can I use cinnamon insoles when I am pregnant?

We recommend against using cinnamon insoles during pregnancy, since cinnamon is perceived as a stimulant for contractions.

Can I cut the cinnamon insoles open and consume the cinnamon?

This is a bad idea, so don’t do that. The cinnamon powder we use in the insoles is not meant for consumption.

Can I use Cinnamon Insoles if I am diabetic or have some liver disease?

We recommend to get medical advice from your doctor before use.

Is there a possibility of purchasing Nature’s Steps’ products through wholesale?
